Dynamic Group Construction was contracted to deliver a full-scope commercial kitchen construction from the ground up. This project involved laying a new foundation, executing all plumbing and electrical work, and preparing the space for a high-performance commercial kitchen environment. Built to accommodate heavy-duty cooking, prep, and dishwashing zones, this kitchen was designed with both functionality and code compliance at its core.
Scope of Work
Foundation Construction:
We started with precision groundwork, grading, and pouring of a reinforced concrete foundation engineered to support high-load kitchen equipment. Drainage slopes and trenching were carefully integrated into the slab design to meet sanitation and building codes.Plumbing Installation:
The plumbing scope included installation of all water supply and drainage systems, grease trap connections, floor sinks, handwashing stations, mop sinks, and hot water heaters. All work was executed to meet local health department and code requirements for commercial food prep environments.Electrical System Buildout:
Our team completed a full electrical build, including new service panels, conduit runs, GFCI outlets, appliance-specific wiring, and LED commercial lighting. We ensured the layout aligned with the client’s appliance plan and met Title 24 energy standards.
