Dynamic Construction Group was contracted to transform a 5000 SF raw commercial interior space in Oakland into a fully customized architectural office. This high-end tenant improvement project involved comprehensive structural, mechanical, electrical, and interior buildout services—executed in close collaboration with the client’s architectural vision.

- Installed new concrete footings, structural shear walls, and heavy-duty moment framing using I-beams and tubular steel
- Demolished one-third of the front roof to create an open-air courtyard
- Framed soffits around courtyard and constructed two large front office rooms

- Installed a complete commercial HVAC system
- Upgraded to Phase 3 electrical with a new 200A main panel and 100A subpanel
- Installed all-new electrical wiring and commercial lighting
